• Jacqueline, Toms River.
2. Where were you educated and what is your specialization, if you have any?
• Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lakewood Ranch Florida. Inpatient pharmacy.
3. What were you doing before joining OHI?
• I worked as an inpatient pharmacist at both Community Medical Center and Virtua Voorhees Hospital, and continue to serve in both roles.
4. What makes you happy or excited to do your job?
• Building relationships with patients and providing exceptional care.
5. What do you like about working at OHI? (please only answer if you are a current OHI provider)
• Engaging with our communities to offer care and support patient education in every way possible.
6. What do you like doing outside of OHI? Passions, hobbies, etc?
• Horseback riding. Relaxing at the beach. Spending time with my family, my fiancé Chris, and our dog Luna.
7. Anything else you’d like to include in your bio? Fun facts about yourself?
• I have pharmacy experience dating back to 2015, while I was earning my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kean University.
