Daniella Gadaleta, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Ocean Health Initiatives. Originally from Kinnelon, New Jersey, Daniella earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of New Jersey and her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Nursing.

Before joining OHI, Daniella worked as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on the Medical Hospitalist Unit, where she cared for pediatric patients and families for four years. Her clinical background and compassionate approach help her build meaningful connections with patients while supporting their mental health and overall well-being.
Daniella is passionate about helping patients move from feeling “broken” to understanding that their experiences are valid and human. She believes mental health conditions are shaped by a complex combination of factors, including genetics, past life experiences, brain chemistry, and current environment. Daniella works collaboratively with each patient to identify modifiable contributors and develop individualized strategies that reduce symptoms, strengthen resilience, and support a healthy, fulfilling life.

Outside of OHI, Daniella enjoys reading, writing, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
