    Our Services

    Our Behavioral Health staff provides treatment, training and support services to persons experiencing problems related to emotional and mental illness. Our staff uses various forms of evidenced-based treatment in our outpatient setting. Individual therapy, case management, chronic disease management counseling, and emotional/cognitive skill-building methods of treatment are used. The Behavioral Health team works closely with your Primary Care Provider here at OHI to provide integrated care to ensure we are addressing both your medical and emotional needs

    Healing Together: Women’s Trauma Support Group
    Are you looking for a compassionate community to help you navigate the challenges of trauma? Join our Healing Together group, a supportive telehealth space designed for women to connect, heal, and grow. Meeting weekly on Thursdays at 11 AM, our experienced LCSW/LCADC leads a dynamic hour-long session where you can process your experiences, learn about PTSD, and develop effective coping skills.
    Our group provides a safe environment where empathy and understanding come first. Through a blend of therapeutic interventions, including TF-CBT, Seeking Safety, and more, we empower you to reclaim your strength and resilience.

    Living a Healthy Life: Wellness Support Group
    Are you ready to transform your approach to wellness and embrace a healthier lifestyle? Join our Living a Healthy Life group, a dynamic telehealth experience designed to broaden your perspective and equip you with essential skills for overall well-being. Meeting weekly on Thursdays at 9 AM, this general wellness group explores various approaches and theories, including the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, ACT, CBT, DBT-informed techniques, and Positive Psychology.
    Our sessions provide a holistic view of health, addressing social determinants and offering valuable psychoeducation. Together, we’ll set SMART Goals to help you define what a “healthy life” means for you and take actionable steps toward achieving it. Connect with others on a similar journey and gain the support you need to live your healthiest life.

    ACT on Your Health: Chronic Pain and Illness Support Group
    Navigating chronic pain or a medical condition can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Join our ACT on Your Health group, a telehealth support space designed specifically for individuals dealing with chronic pain or medical concerns. Meeting weekly on Fridays at 11 AM, this group utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower you to focus on what you can control, including your thoughts and perspectives, to make decisions aligned with your values and lead a fulfilling life.

    In addition to ACT, we incorporate various modalities such as polyvagal theory, DBT-informed techniques, and CBT. These approaches will help you explore and shift core beliefs, manage emotions and stress, and navigate the complexities of illness or pain with greater resilience. Connect with others on a similar journey and take proactive steps towards a more meaningful life.

    Creating Healthy Habits: Goal-Setting and Support Group
    Ready to transform your routines and build lasting healthy habits? Join our Creating Healthy Habits group, a supportive telehealth community that meets weekly on Wednesdays at 11 AM. This group, led by a licensed clinical social worker, is dedicated to helping you set and achieve goals to form and maintain new, positive habits, accomplish health goals, and achieve career success, among other aspirations.

    Through a blend of DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and SMART goal setting, our therapist will guide you in developing actionable strategies and maintaining motivation. Together, we’ll create a space where members hold each other accountable, offer support, and provide constructive feedback. Connect with others committed to personal growth and take proactive steps towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

    Coping with Anxiety: Support and Skill-Building Group
    Struggling with anxiety and looking for effective strategies to manage it? Join our Coping with Anxiety group, a telehealth support space that meets weekly on Tuesdays at 2 PM for an hour. Led by a skilled social worker, this group utilizes evidence-based therapies, including CBT, REBT, and ACT, to help you understand and address your anxiety.

    In our warm and supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about anxiety, practice new coping skills, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Empower yourself with practical tools and supportive community as you work towards a more balanced and peaceful life.
