Mobile Medical Unit (MMU)
OHI’s Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) contains two patient exam rooms equipped to provide primary care, dental screenings, and vaccinations and has wheelchair/handicapped accessibility. OHI offers flu vaccines, dental health screenings and medical exams to people who may otherwise not have any access to health care. It is staffed by various clinical OHI team members.
The Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) travels throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties, visiting towns and outlying areas where there are medically under-served neighborhoods.
